More than a quick once-over
Anyone can make a countertop shine.
The difference shows up later — when you open the oven, run a finger along the top of the trim, or slide the window track. That's where most cleaning quietly stops, and it's exactly where Heritage House starts paying attention.
Every residential clean begins with a written scope, so “clean the kitchen” means the same thing to both of us. And every job ends with The Final Touch: a line-by-line check of the details before we call it done.
What a residential clean includes
In the standard scope
- Floors, including under furniture where accessible
- Baseboards, trim, doors and door frames
- Mirrors, interior glass and windowsills
- Ceiling fans and vents
- Kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms — fixtures, tile, mirrors and high-touch details
- Switches, handles and the touch points everyone forgets
By request
- Refrigerator and freezer interiors
- Oven interior
- Cabinet and drawer interiors, with organization
- Window tracks and deep glass detailing
- Turnover-ready resets for guest and rental spaces
Deep clean or maintenance? A deep clean is the top-to-bottom reset — the right starting point for most homes. Maintenance cleaning keeps that standard on a schedule, so the home never slides back to square one.

Frequently asked questions
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Product and equipment details are confirmed with your estimate. If your home has surfaces that need specific products — or you'd prefer gentler options — tell us and we'll plan the scope around it.
What's the difference between a deep clean and maintenance cleaning?
A deep clean is a top-to-bottom reset — the right starting point for most homes, and for spaces that haven't had detailed attention in a while. Maintenance cleaning keeps that standard on an ongoing schedule.
Can I ask for priority areas?
Yes — that's the entire point of the written scope. Tell us what matters most (the kitchen, the pet zones, the guest bath) and the scope is built around it before work begins.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
That's up to you. Access and arrival details are agreed when your clean is scheduled, and the finished work is there to inspect either way.
How long does a house cleaning take?
It depends on the size, condition and scope of the home — which is exactly why we agree the scope in writing first. Your estimate includes what to expect before anything is booked.
